Adding Pictures (A25)

_Using a Paint Picture_

Objectives

By this assignment, you are going to learn how to add a picture made in Paint to your web site.

Tasks

1. Generate a new folder in Z:\FrontPage and name as A25. (How to)

2. Work with Paint

a) Open Paint

b) Make two picture of your own. (One is for Background picture)

c) Save your picture as a JPEG file in A25.

d) Close Paint.

3. Open FrontPage. (How to)

4. Type “Paint Picture” as a headline and format it.

5. Right click on toolbars to activate “Pictures” toolbar

6. Add your picture to your web site.

7. Add your background picture (How to)

8. Click on Preview to see how it works (Click on Design to work on the web page)

9. Save your web site (How to)

a) Go to File à Save as

b) Go to My Computer Z:\FrontPage\A25 as your saving location

c) Type a file name of your own.

d) Click on Save

10. Go to your assignment folder (A25) and double-click on your web page to see it on Internet Explorer. (How to)
