Emotions

By this assignment, you are going to learn how format a picture to your web site.

Tasks

1. Generate a new folder in Z:\FrontPage and name as A23. (How to)

2. Open FrontPage. (How to)

Start àAll Programs à Microsoft Office à FrontPage

3. Type “Emotions” as a headline and format it.

4. Right click on toolbars to activate “Pictures” toolbar

Locate Picture Toolbar in your screen for future use.

5. Add Emotions (Repeat this task 10 times for different emotions each time)

a) Go to Insertà Picture à Clip Art

b) In “Search For” Textbox, type “emotions” and press “Go”

c) Add a happy emotion to your web page by clicking on it once.

d) Add a text to your emotion.

1. While your first emotion is selected, click on Text

2. Type “Happy” in the textbox appeared on your picture.

6. Add a background color (How to)

7. Add your name below the web page

8. Click on Preview to see how it works (Click on Design to work on the web page)

9. Save your web site (How to)

a) Go to File à Save as

b) Go to My Computer Z:\FrontPage\A23 as your saving location

c) Type a file name

d) Click on Save

10. Go to your assignment folder (A23) and double-click on your web page to see it on Internet Explorer. (How to)
